Where is iwatch's bedtime mode?

You can open the sleep app on Apple Watch. Follow the instructions on the screen. You can also open the health app on the iPhone, tap Browse, tap Sleep, and then tap Start Using (under Set Sleep).

Open the sleep app on Apple Watch. Click on your current bedtime.

To set a new wake-up time, tap the wake-up time, turn the digital watch to set the new time, and then tap Set.

If you don't want Apple Watch to wake you up in the morning, please turn off the alarm clock. This change will only apply to the next wake-up alarm clock after the normal timer is restored.

(Note: You can also turn off the next wake-up alarm clock in the alarm clock App. Just tap the alarm clock displayed under Sleep | Wake Alarm, and then tap Skip Tonight. Open the sleep app on Apple Watch. )
