2. Be "adequate". Before the end of 10, all localities are required to transform a number of qualified centralized isolation sites according to the standard of not less than 20 per 10,000 population, and establish a list of backup centralized isolation points to ensure that the site selection is reasonable and the hardware facilities meet the prevention and control requirements, so as to avoid the situation of "small, scattered and chaotic".
3. Realize the combination of "harmony and urgency". After the outbreak, standby centralized isolation points will be opened in batches in time according to the principle of combining peacetime with wartime and adapting to local conditions, and large-scale specialized isolation places will be built by building "health stations" for medical observation of immigrants in areas where immigrants are concentrated, especially in port cities with more imported cases.
4. Realize "standardized management". Strengthen the ventilation and disinfection facilities in the public areas of centralized isolation points, collect and treat the garbage generated in isolation places and the protective articles used by staff. For the staff in centralized isolation points, measures such as registration, training, centralized residence, closed-loop management and high-frequency nucleic acid detection shall be strictly implemented, and personal protection shall be urged.
