2. Slide the bracelet interface and select the type of exercise you need. You can find more types in the "More" option, such as football, badminton, skipping rope and so on.
3. After selecting the exercise type, select "Open Exercise Record" and press the "Start" button at the bottom of the screen, and the bracelet will enter the timing mode.
4. Start your exercise. After the exercise, press the "Stop" button at the bottom of the bracelet screen to close the exercise record and save the exercise data.
