1. Returned personnel who have lived in medium-high risk areas or have lived in medium-high risk areas in recent 14 days.
Strictly implement the control measures of "14 days centralized isolation +7 days home health monitoring", and provide 7 nucleic acid detection services during this period. 2. Implement "7-day home health monitoring" measures for returnees in cities (municipalities directly under the Central Government) where high-risk areas are located.
3. Returnees from low-risk areas
Outside the province: Anyone who enters and returns to Wan Wan from outside the province should report to the destination community (village) and unit 3 days in advance, and report to the community (village) and unit as soon as possible after returning to Wan Wan, and provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. After entering Wan Wan, they will be tested again, and those who have not been tested for more than 72 hours will be given a yellow code. After 7 days of home health monitoring and 3 negative nucleic acid tests, they will be decoded.
In the province: if the temperature, health code and travel code of the returnees in low-risk areas in the province are normal, they will pass normally under the premise of personal protection.
4. Return to Wan from abroad
The destination counties (cities, districts) are responsible for closed-loop transshipment, and implement 14+7+7 control measures for non-local personnel who enter Wan.
5, can't provide nucleic acid test report.
Temporary sampling points should be set up near the detection points in counties and cities. For those who cannot provide negative proof of nucleic acid detection and must return to Wan Wan, the nearest nucleic acid sampling (the inspection fee is borne by the individual, and the "mixed inspection" fee is charged 10), and personal information (name, ID number, contact number, residence address in Wan Wan, etc.) should be registered in detail. Relevant personnel are required to return to their residence immediately after sampling, and are not allowed to go out, take public transport, participate in gathering activities or go to crowded places before the results of nucleic acid testing come out. After the nucleic acid test results are normal and reported to the community, normal activities can be resumed.
