Health certificate medical institutions authorized by CDC can carry out health certificate physical examination services. The list of filing units can be found on the website of the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and other medical institutions do not have the function of providing related services.
Individuals need to take their ID cards to the CDC or authorized medical institutions for fasting physical examination on working days. Generally, they can get evidence in about 3 working days.
Units can contact the on-site physical examination and certification service by telephone or online appointment on the "Beijing Health Certificate Appointment Processing Platform".
The health certificate is valid for one year and is universal in the whole city.
