[2018] No.38), the application for the demand for the introduction of talents in 2022 is now carried out for the whole region. The specific notice is as follows:

Scope of declaration

The applicant should conform to Beijing's urban functional orientation, and be an innovative subject with stable development and outstanding contribution in Chaoyang District's industrial and commercial registration. The introduction of talents shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Administrative Measures for the Introduction of Talents in Beijing (Trial) (J.R.S. [20 1 8] No.38) (annex1). Generally speaking, they should have worked in the reporting unit for 2 years, and have no criminal record. In principle, they are under 45 years of age.

Declaration process

In order to improve the reporting efficiency, this reporting work is conducted online, and the specific procedures are as follows:

(1) requirement statement.

Please log in to Chaoyang International Talent Port (www.chytalents.gov.cn), the special network for talent work in Chaoyang District, and fill in the talent introduction requirements according to the Operation Guide for the Application of Imported Talents Requirements in Chaoyang District (Annex 2).

(2) preliminary examination.

According to the relevant requirements of introducing talents in Beijing, the Talent Office of the District Committee conducts a preliminary examination of the introduction requirements reported by each unit, and reports them to the Municipal Bureau of Talent Work according to procedures after the study is passed.

(3) Determination of demand.

City talent bureau according to the procedure to determine the list of imported talents.

(4) submission of materials.

According to the list of talents to be introduced, the talent office of the district Committee informs and guides the demand to fill in the "talent business handling platform" through the unit. The reporting units and individuals shall cooperate with the submission and review of materials as required.

3. All units should make overall plans and organize qualified talents to declare according to the degree of urgent need and shortage. During the application process, the mobile phone of the agent should be kept open. In case of special circumstances such as information change, please contact the district high-level talent service center in time.

4. The deadline for this online centralized application is April 8, 2022. Follow-up units with intention to declare this year can continue to declare according to the requirements of this notice, and the district talent office will conduct regular audits and continue to do a good job in reporting the demand for imported talents according to procedures.
