Opening the habit of work and rest has two functions: preparation before going to bed and sleep reminder. Each short trip is 15 minutes. Choose the one that suits you, and then click on the top right corner to start and enter the bedtime preparation page. Click Start at the bottom left of the page to start the bedtime reminder, and you can start the strict mode at the bottom. Its function is, if you don't go to bed on time, every 10 minute.

Click the reminder bell, select your favorite bell, click the download button on the right side of the bell, check to start recording sleep after downloading your bell, then click Set alarm clock, adjust the wake-up time, turn on the repeat switch, and set alarm clock reminders for those days of the week.
