In order to make you familiar with the epidemic prevention policy in your hometown, return to China smoothly, healthily and safely, and have a happy and stable holiday, we hereby remind you as follows:
First, take the initiative to register and report. Please report to the responsible unit of the destination village and subcontracting community at least two days in advance before returning to China, and report the school's territory, name, ID number, contact number, return time and transportation mode in detail. Those who return to China directly without going through the filing procedures and cannot judge their own risks shall be controlled according to the medium and high risk areas and centralized isolation shall be implemented, and the expenses incurred shall be borne by individuals.
Second, strengthen protection on the way. You must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours when you return; Take safe means of transportation, strictly protect yourself, wear masks regularly throughout the journey, minimize communication with passengers in the same car, keep a distance and avoid gathering; Try to avoid high-frequency contact with public facilities such as door handles and handrails, wash your hands in time or wipe them with quick-drying hand disinfectant after contact, and do a good job in hand hygiene; Change the mask in time after getting off the bus.
Third, abide by the prevention and control regulations. Those who return from the middle-high risk area and the county where the positive infected person is located shall be transported from point to point by the relevant responsible unit, and the prevention and control measures of centralized isolation for 7 days and home health monitoring for 7 days shall be implemented. Those who come back from low-risk areas should be tested for landing nucleic acid as soon as possible. If there is no negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, they should be tested for antigen and go home if the result is negative; Strictly implement the requirements of "three times a day" nucleic acid testing, and only those with negative results can travel normally; Do a good job in family health monitoring, and do not gather, eat, get together or go to crowded places within 7 days.
Fourth, do a good job in health monitoring. The summer vacation is long, so everyone should always pay attention to their physical conditions, such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc., and report to their village as soon as possible, and go to the fever clinic nearby regularly for medical treatment.
Fifth, actively vaccinate. Please vaccinate students who meet the vaccination conditions and have no contraindications as soon as possible; Students who have been vaccinated and meet the vaccination "booster needle" should be vaccinated as soon as possible.
Sixth, make full contributions. After the expiration of centralized isolation or home health monitoring, please actively cooperate with the village to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and nucleic acid detection, actively participate in village management, personnel investigation, publicity and education and other epidemic prevention work, and do your part for epidemic prevention and control in your hometown.
