People coming to Australia from high-risk areas in the Mainland still need medical observation. At the same time, the emergency coordination center will no longer publish the risk areas in the Mainland, and the website of the National Health and Wellness Committee or the the State Council client applet will prevail.
The Health Bureau issued Announcement No.2004, according to the provisions of Article 3, 10 and 14 of Law No.628/A/SS/2022. Act no 2/2004 on the prevention and control of infectious diseases. From 00: 00 on February 6, 65438, the epidemic prevention measures for quasi-immigrants and those who have entered the mainland and have lived in different risk areas are adjusted as follows:
1. Maintain the "5+3" measures, that is, 5 days of centralized isolation and 3 days of home isolation, for immigrants and people who have lived in high-risk areas in China Mainland on the same day or in the past 5 days.
2. Measures for targeted immigrants and immigrants living in low-risk areas in China Mainland on the same day or in the past five days are as follows:
When boarding the plane, boarding the ship or entering the country from the land port, you must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 24 hours after the sampling date, and the antigen is tested quickly within 6 hours, and the result is negative and the Macao health code has been uploaded;
Nucleic acid testing should be carried out on 1, 2, 3 and 5 days from the day after joining the group or knowing the related risks, and the sampling interval of each nucleic acid testing should be at least 12 hours. Measures shall be taken within 5 days from the day after leaving the low-risk area or leaving the country;
From the day after entering the country or knowing the related risks, the rapid detection of 1 time antigen was carried out every day for 5 consecutive days, and the results were uploaded to the Macao Health Code. Measures shall be taken within 5 days from the day after leaving the low-risk area or leaving the country;
* For example, if you enter Macao on Monday, you need to do verification and rapid antigen testing on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, but you only need to do rapid antigen testing on Friday without verification; If you leave the country on Thursday, these measures will be implemented until Thursday.
3. For those who only have a normal administrative region residence history and directly enter the mainland from areas outside Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, the measures are as follows:
When entering the country, you must have a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours after the sampling date and a rapid antigen test within 6 hours. The results are negative and have been uploaded to the Macao Health Code;
Conduct 1 free nucleic acid test immediately after entry, and conduct 1 nucleic acid test on the second and third days after entry, with the interval between each nucleic acid test at least 12 hours;
From the day after entry, rapid detection of/kloc-0 antigen must be carried out every day for 5 consecutive days, and the test results should be uploaded to Macao health code. Measures may be terminated after leaving.
* If 1 free physical examination is conducted immediately after entering Macao on Monday, physical examination and rapid antigen detection will be conducted on Tuesday and Wednesday, and rapid antigen detection will be conducted on Thursday, Friday and Saturday; If you leave the country on Thursday, these measures will be implemented until Thursday.
4. For those who have only lived in the normalized management area and entered the country through Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, the measures are as follows:
There must be a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours after the sampling date when entering the country.
Received 1 times of nucleic acid detection on 1 and 2 days after entry, and the interval of each nucleic acid detection was at least 12 hours;
People who live in hotels or apartment hotels after entry still need to carry out 1 time rapid antigen test every day for five consecutive days from the day after entry, and upload the results to Macao health code. Measures may be terminated after leaving.
For example, if you enter Macau on Monday, you need to be inspected on Tuesday and Wednesday. If you stay in the hotel after entry, you must also do rapid antigen testing on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday; If you leave the country on Thursday, these measures will be implemented until Thursday.
