I. Conditions for applying for transcoding
Yellow code to green code: First, all enterprises and institutions, towns, sub-district offices and villages (communities) have verified personnel; Second, relevant prevention and control measures and corresponding nucleic acid detection times were implemented and completed according to regulations, and the test results were negative; Third, the interval between each nucleic acid test is not less than 24 hours, and the negative time of the last nucleic acid test should be greater than or equal to 7 days from the start of the yellow code. Those who participate in the full-scale nucleic acid testing may not provide the report, but should provide the sampling time and place, and they shall be responsible for the signature statement.
Red code to yellow code: during the isolation period, the nucleic acid test was negative, and the centralized isolation was lifted. All enterprises and institutions, townships, sub-district offices and villages (communities) can issue transcoding certificates to those who meet the application conditions. Relevant transcoding conditions will be dynamically adjusted with the epidemic prevention and control situation and notified in time.
Second, the certification materials required for transcoding application
(1) Copy of ID card of transcoder;
(2) All nucleic acid negative certificates (meeting the requirements of transcoding application);
(3) Personal commitment letter;
(4) transcoding certificate.
