Which administrative regulation stipulates that there is no charge for handling health certificates?

According to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission on Clearing and Regulating a Batch of Administrative Fees (Caishui [20 17] No.20), the preventive health examination fee (i.e. the health certificate examination fee) will be cancelled from April17. The notice was sent last March 15.
