What is the difference between nonconformities, potential safety hazards and near misses?

Potential safety hazard refers to the dangerous state of things, unsafe behaviors of people and management defects that may lead to safety incidents or accidents due to violation of safety laws, regulations, standards, specifications, procedures and technical requirements or other factors in the process of production and business activities.

Unqualified items are defined as items that do not meet the specified requirements. In the process of system establishment and implementation, the following types of nonconformities may occur: systematic nonconformities, implementation nonconformities and effectiveness nonconformities.
