19 China's occupational disease prevention and control law has been widely publicized. What occupational diseases did your job bring you?

Occupational diseases brought by work include obesity, cervical spondylosis and myopia. Because my job is to sit in my seat and watch the computer all day, which makes it difficult to circulate the blood around my neck, so I have to endure the pain and continue to work every day. Besides, the light in the computer shines directly on my eyes. After a long time, I am also nearsighted. It's inconvenient to wear glasses at work now. Obesity seems to be a personal cause, but it is also related to work. Sitting in the seat every day can't get exercise, the food provided by the company is greasy, and gradually there is more and more fat on the belly.

Because cervical spondylosis is not an occupational disease in the strict sense in medicine, and there are many factors, it is not included in the occupational disease. Therefore, many professionals can't get any compensation even if they get cervical spondylosis.

1. What effects have occupational diseases brought to me?

First of all, it is very inconvenient to wear glasses when running every day. Take off your glasses and think about who to keep them for. In addition, I can't work wholeheartedly because of the pain caused by cervical spondylosis every day. I have to get up and shake for an hour or two, sometimes I am very tired. I can still feel a stabbing pain in my neck when I go home to sleep, which leads to a sleepless night.

2. What did Zhou Xuanchuan preach about the Occupational Disease Prevention Law?

According to national regulations, April 25th to May 1 is the Occupational Disease Publicity Week, and many provinces and cities have held this publicity ceremony. The purpose of this publicity is to make some enterprises understand that industrial development is not at the expense of workers' health. Some areas have also held special lectures and held competitions on the spot. After several years of efforts, the publicity of occupational diseases has also made further progress. At present, there are more than 80 institutions in China that check occupational diseases. Workers who have suffered from occupational diseases will be compensated accordingly.

The prevention and control of occupational diseases should be rectified from the root, the working environment of the factory should be continuously improved, and the special environment should be strictly protected. Every company is required not to let employees over-consume.
