In order to protect the privacy of minors and protect their physical and mental health from harm, the Law on the Protection of Minors stipulates that no organization or individual may disclose the personal privacy of minors. The law also stipulates that before the judgment, news reports, film and television programs and public publications shall not disclose the name, residence, photos and information that may infer the minor.

7. Custody
