I. Main responsibilities
(a) to supervise and enforce the law on medical and health institutions according to law, crack down on illegal medical practice and illegal blood collection and supply, and standardize the order of medical services.
(two) to carry out supervision and law enforcement of public health, school health, drinking water health, occupational health and radiation health according to law.
(three) to supervise and enforce the law in disinfection products and tableware centralized disinfection units according to law.
(four) to carry out supervision and law enforcement of maternal and child health care and family planning services according to law, and severely crack down on non-medical needs of fetal sex identification and non-medical needs of selective artificial termination of pregnancy.
(five) to carry out supervision and law enforcement of medical services of traditional Chinese medicine according to law.
(six) to carry out supervision and law enforcement of infectious disease prevention and control according to law. Undertake the follow-up evaluation of national food safety standards.
