Apple products:
Hardware: iPhone 4S and above Apple phones, iTouch 5;; ; Apple tablets with IPad mini, iPad3 and above;
Software: systems above ISO6.0 (including iso6.0)
Andriod series products:
The hardware supports Bluetooth 4.0, and the system is an Android4.3 or above smartphone or tablet.
2. Is Bluetooth enabled?
Allen's bracelet is connected to the mobile phone through Bluetooth. If you can't connect, please check whether Bluetooth is turned on first.
3. Is the bracelet near the mobile phone?
Due to the short Bluetooth connection distance, when connecting the bracelet, the closer the phone is to the bracelet, the easier it is to find the bracelet.
4. Is the battery of the bracelet exhausted?
Probably because the bracelet is dead. Please check whether the bracelet has power, or plug it into the computer to charge it, and then try to connect again.
5. Try turning on Bluetooth again.
Restart Bluetooth of mobile phone (or tablet): Turn off Bluetooth and turn it on again;
Restart the phone (or tablet): turn off the power of the device and restart it.
