Anyone who suffers from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis and other digestive tract infectious diseases (except pathogen carriers), active tuberculosis, oral or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder food hygiene and public health shall not engage in direct contact with people's food or directly serve customers before being cured; Personnel engaged in food production and marketing, personnel who supply and manage drinking water, and production personnel of cosmetics production enterprises; People who directly serve customers in hotels, cafes, bars, teahouses, public bathrooms, barbershops, beauty salons and swimming pools have a physical examination once a year.
Personnel who directly serve foreign customers have a physical examination every two years.
Second, the health certificate processing process
According to the list of personnel determined by the health supervision institution, go to the health inspection unit for preventive health inspection, and uniformly use the People's Republic of China (PRC) Preventive Health Checklist formulated by the Ministry of Health.
Have a physical examination before you apply for a health certificate.
1, 2 ID cards and one-inch color photos of individuals bareheaded, pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth, get the medical examination form, paste the photos (the other one is a health certificate), and fill in the basic information such as name and gender.
2. Laboratory blood collection and stool anal swab test.
3. Routine physical examination of internal and external surgery.
4, X-ray chest X-ray.
5. Complete all physical examination items.
If the physical examination results meet the requirements for issuing a health certificate, after passing the training of health laws and regulations organized by health supervision institutions, I will take my one-inch bareheaded color photo to the health supervision office of the health bureau under my jurisdiction to apply for a health certificate. If the physical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing a health certificate, a health certificate shall not be issued.

All units and individuals within the territory of People's Republic of China (PRC) must accept the investigation, inspection, sample collection and isolation treatment of infectious diseases by disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions, and provide relevant information truthfully. Disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions shall not disclose relevant information and materials involving personal privacy. Where the administrative department of health and other relevant departments, disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions illegally implement administrative management or prevention and control measures and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of units and individuals, the relevant units and individuals may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring a lawsuit according to law.
