Women's personal rights and interests such as name, portrait, reputation, honor, privacy and personal information are protected by law. Media reports on women's events should be objective and appropriate, and women's personal rights and interests should not be infringed by exaggerating facts or exaggerating publicity. It is forbidden to degrade and damage women's personality through mass media or other means. Without my consent, women's portraits may not be used through advertisements, trademarks, shop windows, newspapers, periodicals, books, audio-visual products, electronic publications, internet and other forms, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
It is forbidden to pester and harass women, disclose and disseminate women's privacy and personal information on the grounds of falling in love and making friends, or after the termination of love relationship or divorce. If a woman suffers from the above-mentioned infringement or faces the real danger of the above-mentioned infringement, she may apply to the people's court for a personal safety protection order.
The state establishes and improves the women's health service system, guarantees women's access to basic medical and health services, and carries out prevention, screening, diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases of women, so as to improve women's health level. The state shall take necessary measures to popularize the knowledge of hygiene, health care and disease prevention during menstrual period, pregnancy, puerperium, lactation period and menopause, ensure the health needs of women in special physiological periods, and provide mental health service support for women in need.
