First, labor safety refers to the prevention of accidents that endanger the personal safety of workers, such as poisoning, car accidents, electric shock, collapse, explosion, fire, falling from a height, mechanical trauma, etc.
Article 7 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights stipulates that States parties recognize the right of everyone to just and favourable working conditions, especially to ensure safe and hygienic working conditions. As a state party to the Convention, the state should clearly confirm this right of workers in the form of legislation and provide perfect protection. The main contents of China labor safety and health management system are:

(2) safety technical measures planning system;

(4) Safety production inspection system;
⑤ Labor protection inspection system;
⑥ Casualty accident reporting system.
Second, labor safety and health facilities are important measures to prevent accidents and reduce occupational hazards. Enterprises should take various measures to improve various labor safety and health facilities according to their own production characteristics to ensure the safety and health of employees. Therefore, Article 53 of the Labor Law stipulates that labor safety and health facilities must be designed, constructed and put into production and use simultaneously with the main project.
Third, the working environment is the production environment, which refers to the small environment composed of personnel environment and natural environment factors in the process of production and labor. Affected by the natural environment, the adaptability of workers is mainly influenced by the nature of work, working methods and corresponding technical organization measures, in addition to their own conditions. Working environment will not only affect work efficiency, but also directly affect the safety and health of employees.
On the basis of mastering the knowledge of the hazards that substances and machines used in different operations and working environments may bring to human health, we must consider effective working environment countermeasures.
