1. Height and weight measurement
Height and weight are two basic indexes to measure people's physical condition. A person's body mass index (weight kilograms-height square meters) can be calculated from height and weight. Body mass index is an internationally recognized indicator to measure whether a person is overweight. Generally speaking, the body mass index of young people and middle-aged people should be less than 23; Old people should be under 25.
2. Endurance quality test
The experiment was carried out on a MONARK powered bicycle made in Sweden. The subjects pedaled on the bicycle dynamometer for 3-5 minutes under the rated load intensity, and then indirectly calculated the maximum oxygen uptake of the subjects according to the measured stable heart rate.
3. Body composition test
The impedance analyzer made in Korea was used for detection. This test can know the body's muscle content (including protein and water), body fat weight and its percentage in the total weight (body fat%). The total weight minus the fat weight is called "fat-free weight" or "net weight". The net weight shows that the body fat content is low and the composition of human body composition is reasonable.
4. Strength quality test
The strength tester made in Finland was used to test, and the test items included grip strength, elbow bending strength and knee extension strength.
Strength quality test can reflect the degree of muscle development and participation in physical exercise or physical labor. For middle-aged and elderly people, proper exercise can enhance muscle strength, help maintain body balance and prevent wrestling.
5. Balance ability test
A body balancer made in Finland was used in the test. During the test, the subjects are required to stand with their hands akimbo, their feet naturally separated, look straight ahead, don't talk, and keep their body posture still. Otherwise, the test results will produce great errors. The main indexes reflecting the balance ability are speed and momentum. The smaller the values of velocity and momentum, the better people's balance ability. Balance ability reflects a person's comprehensive physical quality. For middle-aged and elderly people, lack of balance will increase the risk of wrestling, so be vigilant.
6. Bone mineral density detection
The clinical ultrasonic bone densitometer made in the United States was used for testing. The content of the test is calcaneal bone density.
Bone density, the full name of "bone mineral density", is the main index of bone strength, expressed in grams per square centimeter (g/cm2). Bone mineral density is an absolute value. The absolute values of different bone mineral density detectors are different. Generally speaking, exercise can promote calcium absorption, increase bone density and strength, and prevent and delay bone loss.
