(1) Give yourself a rest exercise regularly every day.
Our company will have a special person to lead the "exercise" at 4 pm every working day. There will be music, and everyone will stand at the booth and watch the video. Generally, there is an action, such as turning the neck, stretching, slapping the shoulder and neck and so on. Many of our colleagues will stand up and relax. Let your body stretch.
Since I came here, I have gradually become accustomed to doing "exercise", especially recently, because I have been using the computer and kept the same sitting posture, and I feel my shoulders ache. Proper exercise can make your shoulders less stiff and much more comfortable.
(2) Walk as much as possible to and from work.
Although there is an elevator in the office building of our company, employees still have to register to take the elevator. Everyone is generally encouraged to take the stairs, and beautiful pictures will be arranged on the stairs. Each floor of the stairs will show how many calories are burned. This ensures that employees take the stairs at least and exercise more when going to work. After work, I will go back to the dormitory to do some exercise by myself.
(3) Take part in outdoor activities on weekends and holidays.
Being in a busy city, you can take part in some outdoor activities on weekends, such as walking in the park, boardwalk or playing badminton.
Many times, without supervision, lazy cancer will recur and I don't want to go out. You can form a mutual promotion group. Once any party is not present, you must pay 100 yuan as team funds. Encourage those who often attend. It is also an improvement for yourself.
(4) Pay attention to a balanced diet.
Modern people actually consume a lot of sugar and fat, which is not good for health. Our company will provide nutritious meals for employees. Each nutritious meal has only one meat, the other two vegetables, and rice is also made of coarse grains. Let employees develop health awareness from eating.
