Step 1: Turn on the phone, find the security center and enter the network assistant or click the menu button on the desktop-Global Search Search Network Assistant.
Note: Some people wonder why there is no security center in mine. The reason why many people can't find a security center is because MIUI only has a security center in the latest development version, and currently it doesn't support the stable version. It is recommended that you upgrade to the latest development version to enjoy this feature.
Step 2: Old system: After entering the network assistant, click the option key "3" in the lower left corner of Xiaomi and select "Settings".
Step 3: First set up the mobile phone package, and fill in the traffic owned by your mobile phone in the "Package Available Traffic". Below we can also set the flow warning value. When the flow reaches the percentage, it will automatically send out a flow warning prompt (red area). After the "Initial Date" selection date is finally set, once the date is reached, the traffic will recalculate the usage traffic (blue area). It is recommended to set it to 1, and click "Finish" after setting.
Step 4: Next, set the operator, click "Correct Traffic Data" and "Mobile Operator", and then fill in the location of the mobile phone card, the name of the operator and the service brand 2G/3G (green area).
Step 5: Click "Finish" after the above two settings are completed, and then the MIUI system will automatically start "Automatic Correction" to correct the traffic usage, so as to monitor the actual usage data of mobile phone traffic.
