Health certificates are generally handled at the local centers for disease control and prevention. A health certificate is a health examination certificate, which proves that you have started a health examination. It mainly involves six diseases in five industries, which greatly protects the health of employees and customers. There are two kinds of health certificates: one is general health certificate. Then the other is the food health certificate, which is needed by people in the catering industry.

Food Safety Law Article 45 Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement a health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
