As an individual entering and leaving electronic certificate locally, the QR code can be declared once, which is universal in the whole city.

The application scope of health code covers community management, resumption of business, transportation, starting school, drug purchase registration, supermarkets and shopping malls, which can help communities, enterprises and schools to do key work such as epidemic prevention management and epidemic control.
In the prevention and control of epidemic situation and resumption of production, health code can realize efficient personnel flow management, improve the inspection efficiency of office buildings, shopping malls, subways, railway stations and other crowded places, and avoid excessive personnel contact and gathering.
In order to promote the mutual recognition of "health code" in different places, the national comprehensive government service platform provides three ways to realize cross-provincial mutual recognition and sharing. The first way is to add the cross-regional mutual recognition function to the local "health code" through the cross-regional epidemic prevention and health information data sharing without changing the existing local "health code".
Second, the local "health code" is connected with the national comprehensive government service platform "epidemic prevention information code", and the national comprehensive government service platform "epidemic prevention information code" is used as the intermediary to realize the mutual recognition of cross-regional "health code".
Thirdly, in areas where there is no local "health code", the "epidemic prevention information code" of the national comprehensive government service platform can be directly adopted, and at the same time, combined with local epidemic prevention and health-related information, cross-regional interoperability and mutual recognition can be realized.
