What's in the wine?
The main component of wine is alcohol, and its chemical name is ethanol. When ethanol enters the human body, it will have many destructive effects.
When the concentration of alcohol in blood reaches 0.05%, the effect of alcohol begins to appear, resulting in excitement and euphoria; When the alcohol concentration in blood reaches 0. 1%, people will lose their self-control ability. If it reaches 0.2%, people have reached the point of being as drunk as a fiddler; When it reaches 0.4%, people will be unconscious, unconscious and even life-threatening.
Many people like drinking, but they need to choose a healthy drinking style.
1. Drink moderately. The limit recommended by the Nutrition Society of China is that the amount of alcohol consumed by adult men should not exceed 25g a day, which is equivalent to 750ml of beer, 250ml of wine, 75g of 38-degree white wine or 50g of high-alcohol white wine. Adult women drink no more than 15g a day, which is equivalent to 450 ml of beer, 50ml of wine 150ml or 50g of 38-degree liquor.
2. Choose low-alcohol wine. Usually, under the same amount, the damage of high-alcohol liquor to organs such as liver is greater than that of low-alcohol liquor, so it is best to choose low-alcohol liquor when drinking.
Don't drink on an empty stomach. Eat more foods rich in starch and protein before drinking, and never drink on an empty stomach. It should be noted that before drinking, do not eat bacon, salted fish, etc. They will react with alcohol and damage the liver.
4. Drink slowly and sip. It is not only easy to get drunk, but also more harmful to respiratory tract, stomach and other organs.
