Brief introduction of health certificate
Health certificate refers to the proof of preventive health examination, which proves that the examinee has the health quality to engage in the prescribed business. Health certificate mainly involves six diseases in five industries, which largely protects the health of employees and clients.
Health certificate refers to the pre-post, pre-post and age-appropriate health examination for personnel engaged in food and drinking water production and management, personnel directly engaged in cosmetics production, personnel who directly serve customers in public places, hazardous workers, radiation workers and school students according to the provisions of national health laws and regulations.
According to the Food Safety Law, Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places and other laws and regulations, relevant personnel engaged in food production and management, public service, professional production of cosmetics, disposable medical and health care products, toxic and hazardous and radioactive operations, and child care institutions must hold health certificates. The main diseases involved in health examination are dysentery, typhoid fever, active tuberculosis, dermatosis (infectious) and other infectious diseases. If you find these diseases, don't engage in hairdressing and beauty, direct contact with imported food, public toilets and other work that directly serves customers. You can only work if you are cured.
There are two kinds of health certificates: one is general health certificate. Then the other is the food health certificate, which is needed by people in the catering industry.
2. Do hospitals charge money for health certificates?
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission, the administrative fees for health examination and preventive physical examination will be cancelled from April/day of 20 17. Therefore, the current disease control physical examination is free of charge, but those who go to the hospital for physical examination still have to pay the medical examination fee. The state has not changed the specific policy of no charge.
Third, the health certificate procedure
(1) Have a physical examination before applying for a health certificate.

2. Laboratory blood collection and stool anal swab test.
3. Routine physical examination of internal and external surgery.

5. Complete all physical examination items.
(2) If the physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, a health certificate shall be issued after passing the training of health laws and regulations organized by health supervision institutions. If the physical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing a health certificate, a health certificate shall not be issued.
