After the immigrants from other cities in the province and Kunshan are isolated in our city and the centralized isolation is lifted, the emergency command organization for epidemic prevention and control at the place where the immigrants are located will arrange special vehicles to directly connect and transfer from the centralized isolation point; For the entry personnel who are isolated outside the province, after the centralized isolation is lifted, the local epidemic prevention and control emergency command agency at the destination of the entry personnel will arrange a special bus connection and transfer to the "two stations, one hospital and one wharf" that first enters the province, and the entry personnel are not allowed to transfer to public transport in the province.
2. In principle, the entry personnel who have been in centralized isolation 14 days will continue the second medical observation in the centralized isolation place 14 days; If it is really necessary to monitor home health, it must meet the basic conditions such as single person living alone, "five packs and one" community prevention and control mechanism, not going out unless necessary, and reporting to the community if it is really necessary to go out, and it can be implemented only after strict review, evaluation and confirmation by the local epidemic prevention and control emergency command organization.
3. The entry personnel who have completed the health management for 28 days will continue to be followed up for 28 days for health monitoring. During the 28-day follow-up period of health monitoring, it is necessary to carry out nucleic acid testing according to relevant requirements, and their families should carry out nucleic acid testing simultaneously.
Second, the detailed provisions of the special personnel:
1. Health management of "14+7" shall be implemented for people who have lived in high-risk areas for 14 days, or who have had sexual intercourse with confirmed cases (including asymptomatic infected people), that is, centralized isolation medical observation14 days (from the day of leaving high-risk areas) and home observation for 7 days.
2. For those who have lived in the low-risk area of the city where the middle-high risk area is located within 14 days, they must hold the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours (or show the health code containing the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours) before they can move in, and take the initiative to report to their communities and units, do a good job in health monitoring for 7 days, and try to reduce going out as much as possible during this period to avoid attending party activities.

For those who can't provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, nucleic acid test should be carried out and personal protection should be done before the test results are issued.
