In hot summer, many people turn on the air conditioner when they go home. Once I went to a friend's house, and their house turned the temperature down very low. I am still sweating outside. As soon as I entered their house, I felt like I was in an ice room. It was cool, but I caught a cold after I came out of their house. Then you see I have an air conditioner remote control, and the refrigeration can be as low as 16℃. So how much should the air conditioning temperature be adjusted? Tell you, the air conditioner is best set at 26℃. Why?
First of all, the comfort of human health depends on temperature and humidity in addition to factors such as color, light and blowing sensation. According to scientific statistics, the human body feels most comfortable when the temperature is generally between 24℃ and 28℃.
Secondly, setting the air conditioner at 26℃ also has economic benefits. Taking Beijing as an example, if the current set temperature of air-conditioned rooms (24-26 degrees) is raised to 26-28 degrees, for individual and household air-conditioning users, if the temperature setting of a split air conditioner with 1.5 is raised to 1 degree, it can save 0.3 degrees of electricity every day for five hours, and 36 degrees in summer for four months.
Cleaning the air conditioner regularly can not only improve efficiency, but also save electricity.
"In addition to the application of new technologies and materials, household appliances actually have a lot of energy-saving space in daily use," Li Tienan, director of China Energy Conservation Certification Center, recently pointed out this important issue at the press conference of "Air Conditioning Cleaning and Maintenance Specification" of China Household Appliance Maintenance Association.
In recent years, the ownership rate of air conditioners in household consumption has risen rapidly, and the social ownership has exceeded 654.38 billion units. Among them, air conditioners that have been used for three years or more are gradually increasing, but few manufacturers remind users of the need to maintain work efficiency regularly, and even fewer users know that air conditioners need to be cleaned and maintained regularly, and even fewer can do it once every three years.
In fact, when the indoor unit and outdoor unit of the air conditioner are in normal operation, they will exchange cooling or heating radiation with the air through the heat exchanger to supply air. Due to the use environment of air conditioner, dust, wool, sundries, etc. Will be adsorbed and adhered to the surfaces of heat exchanger fins, filters and related parts in the air supply link (as shown above). Humidity and other environments will lead to the oxidation of heat exchanger fins and continue to accumulate and thicken. This causes the air conditioner to continuously reduce the conduction efficiency of the heat exchanger, increase the air supply resistance and friction resistance, and at the same time increase the workload, which consumes valuable power resources in vain and reduces the product use efficiency. For users, it increases the running cost.
Eight measures to save electricity in air conditioning
First, don't covet the low temperature of air conditioner, just set the temperature appropriately. Because the air conditioner can save 20% electricity when the set temperature is 2℃ higher. For people who sit still or do light work, the acceptable indoor temperature is generally between 27℃ and 28℃.
Second, the filter screen should be cleaned frequently. Too much dust will block the filter screen and make the air conditioner get twice the result with half the effort.
Third, improve the maintenance structure of the room. For some rooms with poor door and window structures and large gaps, some emergency improvements can be made; For example, use adhesive tape to seal the window joints, stick transparent plastic film outside the glass window, use sunshade curtains, stick wooden boards or plastic boards on the indoor walls, and paint the walls with white paint to reduce the loss of cold air caused by the external walls.
Fourth, choose an air conditioner with moderate cooling power. The air conditioner with insufficient cooling power can not only provide sufficient cooling effect, but also shorten the service life of the air conditioner and increase the possibility of failure of the air conditioner due to long-term continuous operation. In addition, if the refrigeration power of the air conditioner is too large and the thermostat of the air conditioner is turned on and off too frequently, the compressor wear of the air conditioner will increase; At the same time, it will also increase the electricity consumption of air conditioners.
5. Avoid direct sunlight. In summer, blocking the direct sunlight can save about 5% electricity.
Sixth, air conditioning refrigeration, the position of the air deflector is adjusted to the horizontal direction, and the refrigeration effect will be better.
7. The air conditioning pipe connecting the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is short and not bent, with good refrigeration effect and no power consumption. Even if bending is required, keep the pipeline in a horizontal position.
Eight, keep the air outlet open. Don't pile up large pieces of furniture to hinder heat dissipation and increase unnecessary power consumption. Most notably, whether air conditioners save electricity depends on the energy efficiency ratio of each air conditioner. The higher the energy efficiency ratio, the more energy is saved.
