Bo's "epidemic" future

Engels said in Dialectics of Nature, don't be too intoxicated with human's victory over nature, and every such victory naturally retaliates us.

The epidemic in COVID-19 is like a mirror, which makes human inferiority disappear. In 2003, when SARS was raging, Amoy Garden in Hong Kong became the hardest hit area. In 2020, after 17, the COVID-19 epidemic struck, and living and working at home became the first choice for most people. People re-examine the living environment around them and deeply realize that health is closely related to it. The topic of healthy living has once again become the focus of attention.

Different from SARS, in COVID-19, the call for a healthy life is particularly strong. Nie Meisheng, the founding president of the All-China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, pointed out in an exclusive interview with China Net Real Estate that the integration of industries has led to great changes in housing subjects. We used to pay attention to the house itself, but now we pay attention to the all-round sustainable development of people. Under the industrial integration, healthy life came into being.

Nie Meisheng, Founding President of All-China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce.

The focus has returned from "house" to "people"

In the Boxer Rebellion in 2020, although the global economy has pressed the pause button, how to upgrade the living environment has become an important issue for people to consider.

Combined with 5226 samples, it helps the family's "epidemic" survey to draw a conclusion: 20% people are satisfied with their family environment, and 56% people think that changing rooms can improve the status quo.

In Nie Meisheng's view, great changes have taken place in the subject of healthy human settlements that have entered the stage of sustainable development. The main target is people, not making the house itself healthier, but making people healthier.

That is, after meeting the basic requirements of housing, we should highlight the health elements, meet the physiological, psychological and social needs of residents with the concept of healthy and sustainable development of human settlements, and create healthy, safe, comfortable and environmentally friendly high-quality housing and communities for residents.

From 20 15 to now, Nie Meisheng has been studying in the field of healthy human settlements for five years. She admits that in the past decade, the relationship between the construction industry and nature is the relationship between the construction industry and resources and environment, and China is still the sustainable development of green buildings and green building materials.

Even with the painful lesson of Taoda Garden, the green buildings in China were not rolled out on a large scale at that time. It was not until 2005 that China began to implement green buildings. Subsequently, the index of green building has also become the most important architectural design index in various building standards and norms.

"The reason why SARS has nothing to do with the living environment is that the medical field belongs to the field of epidemic prevention and infectious diseases, not to the field of architecture," Nie Meisheng explained.

However, the first sign of healthy living began four years ago, that is, 1999, when SARS struck, China issued the first healthy housing standard, Technical Essentials of Healthy Housing Construction (200 1 Edition), which was released at the 200 1 General Assembly of the International Building Center Union.

However, in the early stage of commercial housing development, people only pay attention to whether they can afford the house, and few people care about the relationship between the living environment and their own health.

Industrial integration is accelerating day by day, and healthy life emerges as the times require.

With the continuous development of social economy, the green building system in China is becoming more and more mature. During this period, the new version of "Green Building Evaluation Standard" was officially implemented on August 1 day, 2065438. On the contrary, the development process of healthy living environment is still relatively slow.

Talking about the reasons, Nie Meisheng said with emotion, "On the one hand, the country has not yet promulgated the standards and norms for healthy living, and all enterprises use American standards to do it, which leads to a relatively slow overall progress. Green building is led by the state, which promotes the construction of institutional norms from the government level. If there is no standard of healthy living, designers can't design according to the specifications. On the other hand, like green buildings, healthy living will also increase costs. After the cost increases, some enterprises are willing to do it, while others are unwilling to do it.

Fortunately, there are many retrograde people in the field of healthy living. After years of exploration, real estate enterprises such as Contemporary Real Estate and Shi Lang Green have obtained many green building design and operation signs and China green residential area certification, and created many healthy living samples. While satisfying the expansion of sales scale, it also enhances the brand reputation of enterprises.

Why did the COVID-19 epidemic cause unprecedented concern for healthy living? Nie Meisheng also gave an answer to the above questions. She pointed out that the boundaries between industries began to blur, and the integration and intersection of industries led to the emergence of a healthy living environment. After 20 10, industrial integration has gradually become the trend of starting a prairie fire. It is no longer the responsibility of doctors in this industry, but the responsibility of architects in that industry. Under the industrial integration, the relationship between the environment and the house is getting closer and closer. "

However, at present, healthy living is also facing new challenges. For example, how to let ordinary people live in healthy houses? "After the launch of healthy housing, it should be embedded in ordinary housing," Nie Meisheng said. "However, it will take some time, not as fast as expected.".

Using digitalization and intelligence

Undeniably, novel coronavirus is related to the contact with wild animals, air and people, which puts forward higher requirements for people's immunity and resistance to a certain extent.

Facts have also proved that defeating novel coronavirus requires the combination of medical means and personal immunity. "And immunity is closely related to exercise and living environment. The living environment is mainly residential, which is a good opportunity for the real estate industry, "Nie Meisheng explained.

The relationship between man and his living environment is all-round. A good living environment can make people happy. Even if the virus is rampant, if the individual's physical and mental health can be taken care of in all directions, such as indoor light environment, sound environment and thermal environment. Then immunity will naturally increase.

"If people are often in a dark and humid room, their immunity will naturally be poor," Nie Meisheng said firmly. Once there is a problem, the living environment is the weakest link. Save anything, not the living environment.

In fact, healthy living has been combined with intelligence and digitalization. With the initial formation of smart home based on the Internet of Things, the integration of fully decorated industrialized houses is no longer the accumulation of materials and systems, but the process of the Internet of Things after setting quality targets. For example, in an intelligent and healthy building, there are many sensors, which collect huge data and then feed it back to the executive end. The execution end can be a human, a robot or an automatic system for screening and prompting.

In view of the development trend of digitalization and intelligence, Nie Meisheng said, "Without the support of digitalization and intelligence technology, it is difficult to improve the quality of life of residents if they are integrated into home life". To create a truly healthy life, designers, housewives and otaku are not enough. We must rely on the latest big data analysis, medicine, ecology, agriculture and building materials and combine them.
