I. Main achievements

1. Optimize the quality of physical examination service and be a good health guard. According to the different needs of the people, various physical examination packages are formulated, including internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, laboratory, radiology, electrocardiogram, color Doppler ultrasound, DR, CT, gastroscope, colonoscopy, pathology and so on. , by all units or individuals to choose freely. Complete the organization, consultation and explanation of physical examination.

2. Publicize medical popular science knowledge and enhance service awareness. Physical examination clients can find problems early through physical examination, and give health guidance and timely treatment, which is recognized and affirmed by most physical examination clients. Our department visited various units for many times, conducted on-site education and lectures on disease health care knowledge, and conveyed the concept of health to the people, so that they could understand and attach importance to health examination.

3. Strengthen the sense of responsibility for physical examination, and strive to be accurate and efficient. The physical examination department strictly follows the standards, does not take care of the relationship, and does not lower the standards. The standard setting of physical examination and the sense of responsibility of medical staff have been highly affirmed and appreciated by the leaders of recruitment enterprises. For the sake of people's health and avoiding misdiagnosis, the staff of our department can patiently ask, patiently answer and concentrate on guidance for every medical examiner, which has also been well received by the masses.

4. Strive to open up the medical examination market and try new cooperation. This year, our department cooperated with the US Mission. Com, a group buying website, launched three kinds of medical examination packages. With the convenience of the Internet, a new group of medical examinees has been brought in, with more than 500 medical examinees and an economic income of more than 200,000 yuan. As the first hospital in Yixing to adopt this method, we not only increased the business volume of departments, but also achieved good social benefits. Second, the existing problems

1, the physical examination environment needs to be improved. Due to the limitation of environmental conditions, various functional departments cannot open a green channel for health checkups. Often, physical examiners receive physical examinations in the same channel as outpatients and inpatients, which affects the normal conduct of various examinations, and conflicts have also occurred between patients and physical examiners, which has brought certain impact to the normal medical environment.

2. The publicity of physical examination needs to be strengthened, and the physical examination population needs to be expanded. The business volume of physical examination department in our hospital lags far behind other hospitals in Yicheng street and is at a disadvantage in the competition with other hospitals. Therefore, it is necessary for the business development department to promote our department and train more medical examiners.

3. Physical examination software system needs to be improved. Because the work of the physical examination department involves the analysis and production of physical examination reports and the establishment and perfection of health files, the physical examination software is not perfect and mature enough at present, and obstacles and troubles are often encountered in the implementation of the above work.

In a word, 20 years witnessed the steady development of physical examination department and achieved good results. While fully affirming the achievements, we also see the shortcomings and problems in our work. It is the key to solve medical disputes and contradictions, and it also improves the recognition of medical examiners. For example, in the first half of the year, when I was doing entry work in the B-ultrasound room, I was asked by a medical examiner who retired from the enterprise. Is "rough gallbladder wall" a big problem? Does it matter? Patient explanation can be achieved by exercising and controlling diet, eating less greasy food and eating more light food, so that it will not develop further. The forensic doctor expressed understanding and satisfaction. As a medical staff, improving professional quality and being able to answer the simple questions put forward by the medical examiner patiently and meticulously, rather than simply perfunctory, is also one of the decisive factors to win customers to come to the medical examination again.

3. Treat the learning tasks organized by the hospital positively, and take part in the theoretical examination and operation examination seriously. After work, I taught myself computer and English exams. And send a message that I will prepare better next time, do better in the exam, keep learning and surpass myself.
