If you are a customer, you can't cancel your life insurance policy online. Additional risks can only be cancelled. If you cancel the additional insurance, you can cancel it in your account. You can also contact your service staff, and they can also cancel it for you.
If you are a service person, you can help customers cancel the hesitation policy through the salesman marketing system. If you want to refund the insurance policy, you can't apply online.
