① Vaginal bleeding: This is the most common and earliest symptom of endometrial cancer, which mostly manifests as irregular bleeding, and the amount of bleeding is sometimes very small. Unmenopausal women may have a large amount of menstruation and a long duration, and postmenopausal women may have postmenopausal bleeding.
② Vaginal drainage: Endometrial cancer tissue necrosis and shedding can cause exudation, and it will be discharged through the vagina in the shape of rice soup, mixed with bloody or purulent, accompanied by odor.
③ Lower abdominal pain and others: If the cancer involves the internal cervix, it can cause uterine cavity empyema, abdominal distension pain and spasmodic pain. Symptoms such as anemia and emaciation may occur in the later stage.
