What are the winter diet recipes?

The first winter diet: toast diet.

In the morning, a slice of whole wheat toast, a boiled egg, a cup of skim milk and a cup of tea (coke is ok).

A cup of skim milk, boiled tuna (the same amount of chicken breast is ok), boiled vegetables, a fruit (guava or apple and tomato) and a cup of tea (coke is ok).

The menu for dinner is prepared by myself, but starch and meat are forbidden.

Usually you can lose 6 kilograms in 5 days, but you should drink at least 2500-3000cc of water every day.

The third winter diet: honey diet

Drink only honey on the first day (you can make tea);

Eat normally on the second or third day (but don't eat or drink);

Drink only honey on the fourth day;

Normal diet on the fifth and sixth days

Usually you can lose 3-4 kilograms a week. If you really can't stand an empty stomach, you can choose a meal every day and only drink honey.
