Difference between sub-health and health

The first difference is the different definitions. The definition of health is very broad and rich in connotation. As long as people are in good condition, they all belong to healthy people. However, there is no uniform standard for the definition of sub-health, and the understanding and definition of sub-health between Chinese medicine and western medicine are also very different, so this is the first difference.

The second difference presents a different state. Healthy people tend to eat well, sleep soundly, be energetic at work, get enough sleep at rest and be healthy physically and mentally. The state of sub-healthy people is characterized by long-term insomnia and dreaminess, depression, mental fatigue and listlessness at work.

The third difference is that sub-health can be restored to a healthy state through treatment. At present, most of the sub-health States described in China can help patients recover their health through active intervention and make them present a healthy state.

The last difference is the composition of health and sub-health state. The constitution of healthy state mainly includes two aspects, physical and mental health, but the constitution of sub-health state includes two aspects besides the above two aspects. One is to exclude the causes of disease, which is manifested as fatigue and weakness, and the other is an intermediate state between health and disease, which constitutes sub-health state.
