1. Open the mobile phone WeChat and enter the official WeChat account (health declaration) option.
2. After entering the interface of independent health declaration, click the (individual self-examination health declaration) option in the drop-down menu.
3. After entering the personal health declaration interface (I fill in), the declaration method.
4. Then drop down the menu, fill in the mobile phone number, recent residential address, and click (Next) for detailed residential address.
5. Click Next, and then select (Personal Temperature) and (Other Conditions).
6. Finally, fill in the description according to the requirements of the latest itinerary, and then check the consent agreement and (submit).
