3. The health and epidemic prevention department does not require the cleaning workers in the unit to have health certificates, and they do not need health certificates.
The health certificate processing process is as follows:
1, bring your ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth, get the medical examination form and fill in the basic information;
2. Laboratory blood collection and stool anal swab test;
3, internal and surgical routine physical examination;
4, X-ray chest X-ray;
5. Complete all physical examination items;
6. If the medical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, if the medical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, no health certificates will be issued.
To sum up, health certificate refers to the proof of preventive health examination, which proves that the examinee has the health quality to engage in the prescribed business. Health certificate mainly involves six diseases in five industries, which largely protects the health of employees and clients. In the process of work, the boss may ask himself to apply for a health certificate, because when he is engaged in the food health industry, if he does not have a health certificate, the company may impose administrative penalties.

Article 35 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law
The state practices a licensing system for food production and marketing. Engaged in food production, food sales, catering services, shall obtain a license according to law. However, sales of edible agricultural products and sales only in prepackaged foods do not require permission. Only selling prepackaged foods shall be reported to the food safety supervision and administration department of the local people's government at or above the county level for the record.
The food safety supervision and administration department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Licensing Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), examine the relevant materials required by the provisions of Items 1 to 4 of Paragraph 1 of Article 33 of this Law, and conduct on-site inspection of the applicant's production and business premises when necessary; To meet the prescribed conditions, grant permission; If it does not meet the prescribed conditions, it shall not be permitted and the reasons shall be explained in writing.
Article 45
Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food.
Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
