Pharyngolaryngitis should not eat dry and spicy fried food, but should eat more fruits and vegetables with high water content and easy absorption, such as radish, cabbage, tomato, wax gourd, pomegranate, persimmon, kiwi, cherry, watermelon, pear, banana, grapefruit, orange, apple, lemon, mangosteen, carambola and grape. Tropical fruits such as pitaya, mango and grapes should be avoided.
