What food is good for pharyngitis?

Pharyngolaryngitis can be drunk by soaking honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, licorice, Ophiopogon japonicus, boat-fruited Sterculia and Siraitia grosvenorii in water, which can effectively relieve pharyngolaryngitis, keep proper temperature and humidity, keep the air fresh, quit smoking and drink less, and maintain a good attitude.

Pharyngolaryngitis should not eat dry and spicy fried food, but should eat more fruits and vegetables with high water content and easy absorption, such as radish, cabbage, tomato, wax gourd, pomegranate, persimmon, kiwi, cherry, watermelon, pear, banana, grapefruit, orange, apple, lemon, mangosteen, carambola and grape. Tropical fruits such as pitaya, mango and grapes should be avoided.
