Reflections on the psychology course (about 300 words)

This time, I participated in the training of provincial backbone teachers, and I was lucky enough to listen to the special lecture on "Mental Health of Preschool Teachers" given by Mr. Chen Xiaoyan, which benefited a lot. Teacher Chen expounded the importance of preschool teachers' mental health from three aspects: the current situation of preschool teachers' mental health, teachers' sense of job burnout and teachers' self-psychological adjustment.

As a kindergarten teacher, we should have a positive and healthy attitude, be kind to others, be optimistic and tolerant, love and care for every child, patiently inspire and guide them, follow the lead, capture the bright spot of every child, encourage and praise them, and enhance their self-confidence.

Everyone's life will not be smooth sailing, almost everyone will encounter psychological problems, including teachers. If you encounter problems such as unsatisfactory work, family disharmony, tense interpersonal relationship, misunderstanding by leaders or people around you, teachers should first correctly understand themselves, objectively evaluate others, reasonably vent their emotions, maintain an optimistic attitude, and learn to treat each other with a smile. Since we can't change the environment, the past and others, we can change ourselves now, so we should greet a bright tomorrow with an optimistic and positive attitude and a bright smile.
