Mental health management team

A little cold-blooded.

The university campus is where we grew up. Everything must be experienced by yourself, and if there is a bottleneck, you must learn to break through. Here are some tips.

From two aspects, namely, department management and personal temperament.

Department management:

1. First of all, of course, it is necessary to choose a suitable leisure time and convene the members' party for the first time. At the meeting, we should do three things:

First, explain the general situation of the association to the younger brothers and sisters, including the main work content and daily activities, and then explain the parts that the department is responsible for and the specific processing flow. (When you meet for the first time, this part should be as brief as possible. Specifically, you can ask questions if you have any questions. On the one hand, it can form interaction and make the atmosphere relaxed; Second, you can find out the personality and activity of some members)

Of course, rules and regulations should be made clear, and more practical and personalized regulations should be made clear.

Second, let's introduce ourselves and get to know each other better. Go to the podium or stand up in the same place and talk briefly. Choose one of the two methods. When you meet shy and introverted schoolmates, you should encourage them more, such as "Nothing, just talk" and "That's how I got here, come on".

Third, introduce some interesting things in past practical activities and lessons learned. You can make a joke and tell something that impresses you, so that new members can feel the same way. Doing so can bring you closer to them, and also make them feel that your department is a growth department and will be valued in the future.

The end of the party is expectation and encouragement, it doesn't matter if you joke, it's a relaxed and happy end.

The top priority of your work is back. Through some understanding of the previous gathering, combined with their personality characteristics and interest motivation to join the department, we make a preliminary analysis, arrange their work and roles in the department, and clarify their rights and responsibilities on the basis of equality, without vague areas. At the same time, consider their mutual compatibility, choose students with high compatibility to form partners, and also consider personality collocation, such as cheerful and introverted. This will help members grow and improve efficiency.

3. Make an approximate activity goal and plan for this semester, without particularly accurate figures. After all, members come from different departments, and time needs to be coordinated, and there are many variables.

Remember to ask yourself why you set goals and plans like this, what is the motivation behind each goal and agenda, and whether these can help members, so that they will not be divorced from reality and everything will allow everyone to learn and grow.

Try to achieve equal opportunities, let everyone exercise and encourage them in the process. Always remember that you are the "big brother", show your courage and let them feel your sincerity and sense of responsibility. Usually, we should be lenient with every member and pay attention to the work in the meeting.

5. Members who have problems should talk alone, care about their life and study, help solve some troubles when necessary, and give appropriate comfort and guidance even if they can't solve them (recommend psychological counselors, etc.). ).

6. There are many ways to criticize people. Sometimes you should point it out immediately, and sometimes you can talk alone afterwards and grasp it yourself.

Personal temperament:

1. Think twice before you speak, and speak slowly, so that some members won't feel annoyed or embarrassed by a blurted out sentence.

2. Try to take the initiative to care for everyone. You mentioned that you are introverted. Isn't this an exercise and promotion for yourself? The topic can start from the other person's hometown, interests, or feelings about the school. Soon you will find that it is not so difficult to enhance understanding, and sparks often collide in interpersonal communication, which inspires us.

3. Be honest with others. If there are problems within the scope of responsibilities, we should first take the initiative to be responsible for the association, and then say what we should say at the internal meeting of the department to help members grow. A good team leader should be tolerant, patient and patient.

4. Don't put on airs. Your duty is to help your children grow up. Put on airs and lose, to a naive and vain self.

5. Keep proper contact with members to avoid being too unfamiliar with each other.

As for taking them out to play tomorrow, it's a bit hasty, and it involves membership fees and personal arrangements, so I personally disagree with your idea. In fact, it is also good to send you a warm blessing on holidays. The organization of activities needs mature ideas and time coordination, and it also involves the rational use of membership fees, so it is not appropriate to rush.

Don't be eager for quick success and great success. Other meetings may be blown up sometimes. Be sure to keep calm and avoid keeping up with the joneses.

The damage caused by a hasty and failed activity is far greater than the achievements brought by a successful activity.

Of course, if everyone has enough time, I don't object, but you should carefully consider the whole schedule.

Less empty talk and nonsense and being honest with others are the core of all activities.

Good luck.
