In the summer vacation of 20XX, I had the honor to practice in Le Tong Township Government of Sanjiang County, Liuzhou City for one month. During my internship, I did the corresponding work and learned a lot from it. Now I make the following report.
Le Tong Miao Township People's Government in Sanjiang County is located on the banks of Miaojiang River, and Le Tong Township under its jurisdiction is located in the northern mountainous area of Guangxi, in the west of Sanjiang County, 45 kilometers away from Guyi Town, the county seat, bordering Liangkou Township in the east, Donglei Township and Long 'e Township in Guizhou in the west and Dulong Township in the north. The township covers an area of 182 square kilometers, with a population of 39,065 and 8 103 households. It governs 95 natural villages (streets) in 19 administrative villages and is inhabited by five ethnic groups, including Miao, Dong, Yao, Han and Zhuang. The transportation network is more convenient. At present, eight villages in the township have access to cement roads, and other villages have access to highways, 90% of which are Tunji roads. All the staff of the township government devoted themselves to the development of all the work in the township, found a clear idea of economic development, and formed an eco-agricultural economic model of "biogas-tea-breeding". Actively introduce foreign capital to build small towns. At present, the construction of small towns has begun to take shape, and market transactions are becoming increasingly active, which has become a new economic growth point of the whole town. Make full use of Miao people's colorful folk customs, such as many customs, duet, sisters sitting, stepping on the hall with lusheng, which are huge tourism resources with gratifying prospects. Thanks to the joint efforts of all government staff, Le Tong Township has undergone earth-shaking changes, with the continuous improvement of farmers' living standards, social stability, people living and working in peace and contentment, and sustained, rapid and healthy economic and social development.
Le Tong Town People's Government is an excellent government, and every staff member in the government serves the people wholeheartedly. During my internship, I was arranged to study in the civil affairs office of the township government. During my internship in the Civil Affairs Office, I learned a lot that I couldn't learn in class and benefited a lot.
The township civil affairs office has only two staff members, one is the director Li and the other is the civil affairs assistant Lao Wu. They all taught me all kinds of work and life as patiently as their elders, and the head of the government, Zhang Xiangchang, and the deputy head of the civil affairs office, Tan, also took time out from time to time to guide me, which made me familiar with the work quickly and finally returned home with a full load.
During the internship in the township civil affairs office, the main work includes the following aspects: in addition to doing all kinds of daily affairs in the office, sorting out all kinds of materials, inputting the files of civil low-income households into Liuzhou civil affairs website, and going to the countryside to investigate the disaster situation.
When reporting to the government, Lao Wu applied to the township head to let me help the civil affairs office first, because the civil affairs office was busy. So I went to the Civil Affairs Office, and Lao Wu jokingly said, here is a big box of materials. You can help us input all the materials into the computer and then go back to school. I looked at the big cardboard box on the ground and thought it was all right. I believe that according to my computer level, I don't need to spend so much time.
Under the patient guidance of Lao Wu, I learned how to open the civil administration network and how to operate it. I'm not skilled at first, and I'm slow to do it. You also need to input the information of each household carefully to avoid mistakes, and you can't lose many households in one day. At that time, I felt that everything had a beginning, and the speed would be faster after mastering it. However, the information of every member of reed, a low-income family, must be input, especially in our ethnic minority areas, where there are still many things that four generations live under one roof. There are basically ten people in a village, and the engineering quantity is still very large. Although the speed has been greatly improved, it took the whole village a whole week to input it. After reading and doing for half a month, this big box of materials has not been finished half. Chatting with Lao Wu, he said that my speed is very fast, and I can't change these materials once I enter them, so I can't rush for success. The main thing is to be careful and lose slowly. At present, the standardized management of materials has just begun, and all materials must be entered online. They are usually so busy that they have to get up early or work overtime at night. My arrival helped them a lot. If there is nothing special that day, I will sit in front of the computer and leave after work. Knowing that some of them worked overtime on weekends, I applied for overtime on weekends, hoping to finish more before the end of the internship. I feel that I am a very quiet and careful person, and I won't be bored with this kind of work. I sit in front of the computer and type carefully every day as long as I have time. Although I worked hard, I still couldn't finish this "task" at the end of my internship.
From this tedious job, I learned to meditate and cultivate a good habit of doing things seriously.
No matter which unit you work in, you should learn to do daily affairs well. On my first day in the civil affairs office, I found tools to clean the office before office hours. After that, I went to the office a little earlier than them every day, and they just went to work, so that my work would not be affected and a clean environment would be ushered in every day.
Usually, materials are entered on the computer when going to work, but the workload of the township civil affairs office is very large. Every day, people come to collect all kinds of information or ask all kinds of questions. The village holds a rally every six days. As soon as we arrive at the market, the civil affairs office will be packed. At this time, Lao Wu and Director Li will be very busy. After a week's internship, I also contacted and understood the work of civil affairs. I can help them when there are many people, or I can do some simple work alone when they are on business trips, going to the countryside and having meetings.
During my internship, I think the meaningful thing I did was that when someone came to consult, I gave them a detailed explanation or told them how to do it. The most contacted problem is the issue of subsistence allowances. In this remote poverty-stricken ethnic minority township, in fact, many residents live below the subsistence allowance line, but the state funding is limited, and some people still can't get the subsistence allowance. Especially for families with children in high school or above, it is very difficult to maintain a basic living by relying on a little economic income at home, but for various reasons, they have not been able to get the minimum living allowance. For these residents, I will explain to them the conditions and procedures for choosing the minimum living allowance, let them know what to do, tell them about going to college, and encourage them to actively cooperate with their children to complete their studies. They will give me a sincere smile when they leave and keep saying thank you. At this time, I feel very happy. Although it is only a few words within my power, it has brought them a satisfactory answer.
During my internship, I also had the honor to go to the countryside with them and go directly to the people to understand their feelings and see their difficulties with my own eyes.
The main task of our trip to the countryside this time is to visit Miao Village and Yao Village in Xishan, inspect the scene of house collapse and collect materials to report the disaster. Miao village and Yao village on the Shanxi side are all high altitude and steep slopes. Part of their diaojiao building was built on a steep slope. The heavy rain caused the foundations of several diaojiao buildings to collapse, or the trees beside the buildings broke their branches and damaged the buildings.
We drove for a long time on the winding mountain road before we reached a place. After reading the collected data, we moved to another place. Seeing the crooked diaojiao building on the collapsed foundation and the houses smashed by big trees, we feel that they have been living in danger, and their already hard life has also suffered these disasters. We all feel heavy. Seeing this, the only thing we can do is to prepare the materials carefully and get some help for them. The people there are very enthusiastic, and they are very moved to see that we care about their lives. They all strongly invited us to drink camellia oleifera at home. We appreciate your kindness. We have several villages to run. We must hurry. On the way, I learned that they are generally too lazy to entertain and always find various excuses to refuse. I also learned that to be honest and honest for the people, to do things sincerely for the people, to bring less trouble to the people and more help to the people is the real service for the people. Although I took the bus all the way and bumped on the rugged mountain road for a day, I still felt very tired, but I felt very full in my heart.
More than a month's internship life passed quickly, but I learned a lot from it. I have been in contact with people in the government for more than a month, and I see that every member of the government is working hard for the people and thinking of the people wholeheartedly. Although their income is meager and their life is monotonous in this remote mountainous area, their life is full and happy. Especially Lao Wu of the Civil Affairs Office, he works very hard. He goes to the office early every day. Sometimes he gets up early to work overtime when the network is not good, and he often works overtime on weekends. I learned valuable ways to do things for people from him. During more than a month's internship, I learned that it is not enough to do work alone, but also to be careful and patient. It is never wrong to treat visitors' consultation sincerely and enthusiastically. We should learn to listen and communicate when dealing with people. During my internship, the knowledge I learned in school has also been tested by practice, and my practical ability has been greatly improved, which has accumulated valuable experience for future work.
