The third type: benzopyrene. Barbecues can be hot sometimes, especially fish and meat. After coking, these fatty foods will combine with protein in meat to produce carcinogen benzopyrene. Regular consumption of barbecue food contaminated with benzopyrene is easy to induce digestive tract cancers such as gastric cancer and intestinal cancer.

Often eat barbecue, four symptoms of gastric cancer appear constantly, never quietly. People who often eat barbecue should pay special attention.

Symptoms 1: emaciation. Unexplained emaciation is usually the first signal of tumor occurrence, which can also occur when gastric cancer occurs. If you don't go on a diet to lose weight, you suddenly lose a lot of weight, probably because the tumor is competing with your body for nutrition. Getting bigger and bigger, your body's nutrition is robbed, and naturally you lose weight.

Symptom 2: Abdominal pain. People with stomach problems often have stomachache, which seems to be a normal phenomenon, but don't be careless, because stomach cancer can also cause pain. Symptom 4: Diarrhea. If you have frequent diarrhea and abnormal stool color, you should also pay attention, which may also be a signal of early gastric cancer.
