The main urban area of Huai 'an, Jiangsu, some residential areas in Lianyungang, some residential areas in Jiangyin and Xuzhou have heating, but not in other areas.

The dividing line of heating in China is located in the Huaihe River in Qinling Mountains near 33 degrees north latitude.
