Process of handling health certificate:
It is free to get a health certificate. The Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission of the Ministry of Finance on Cleaning up and Standardizing a Batch of Administrative Charges stipulates that preventive medical examination fees will be abolished from April 1 2007, and the medical examination fees paid for health certificates belong to preventive medical examination fees.
1, 2 ID cards and one-inch color photos of individuals bareheaded, pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth, get the medical examination form, paste the photos (the other one is a health certificate), and fill in the basic information such as name and gender.
2. Laboratory blood collection and stool anal swab test.
3. Routine physical examination of internal and external surgery.
4, X-ray chest X-ray.
5. Complete all physical examination items.
If the physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, health certificates will be issued after passing the training of health laws and regulations organized by health supervision institutions. If the physical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing a health certificate, a health certificate shall not be issued.
