After graduation, file keeping is a headache. But don't worry, the following is a detailed interpretation of the storage methods and precautions of your documents to ensure that your documents are properly managed.

School temporary warehouse

The school provides you with short-term file storage services. Remember, the school will only keep it for you for two years. After the expiration, return to the talent center of the household registration, and no more employment registration cards will be issued.

Talent center storage

For students who have not found a work unit, the talent center is a good choice. However, please note that it is impossible to synchronize the files of international students here, which may affect your freshman status.

International student service center

The International Student Service Center is an institution specially set up for international students, which is convenient for them to handle business. However, some specific overseas students, such as national public schools, visiting scholars and postdoctoral researchers, are not allowed to store files here.

Self-storage

If you have your own file, you can go to the city talent center where your account is located to issue an acceptance certificate and prepare relevant documents. Hold this card until you check in and issue a registration card, and provide the necessary documents and health certificates. A week later, get the registration card and submit the information to the city talent center for review. After examination and approval, go through the formalities of personnel agency.
