Subarachnoid hemorrhage refers to a clinical syndrome caused by the rupture of arteries at the bottom or surface of the brain and the direct flow of blood into subarachnoid space. According to the general principle and the amount of bleeding, the bed rest time should be 4-6 weeks. When resting in bed, the head of the bed should be raised 15-20 degrees, so as to avoid premature activities or getting out of bed, keep the environment quiet and avoid forced defecation, coughing or sneezing.
