Practice summary of nurse department

Summary of practice in nursing department (selected 15 articles)

The full internship life is over. Have you combed your internship during this period? At this time, it is necessary to write an internship summary. Never think that internship summary can be handled casually. The following is my summary of the internship in the nursing department for your reference, hoping to help friends in need.

Summary of practice in nursing department 1 With the end of my two-week outpatient practice, all the planned internship tasks have been completed, which means that I will leave the hospital and return to school soon. I feel sad at the thought of saying goodbye to teachers, nurses and my working environment soon.

During the two weeks of outpatient practice, I worked hard to complete the assigned tasks, and actively learned additional knowledge to improve my level. During the outpatient practice, although I didn't have the opportunity to see many miscellaneous diseases and special instruments like in other departments, it gave me the most direct communication opportunity with patients and their families. While answering questions for inquirers, we should understand their needs in order to better help those in need in the hospital. Although some details are simple to think of, they are easily overlooked by our nurses. Only through continuous communication can I realize that at this point, the clinic can't give me exercise that other departments can't.

I practiced in the outpatient clinic for two weeks and benefited a lot. I am very grateful to the teachers in the department for treating me as one of their own and to the nurses for their help. Although the internship is over, however, my road as a nurse has just begun. During my internship in the hospital, every experience taught by the teacher is precious and will have a great impact on my nursing career. Say goodbye to the past internship, clear your mind and embark on a new journey. I gradually know that the road of nurses is very difficult, and there is no chance to see success until I look back. I will refuel for my dream.

After more than half a year's nursing practice, under the careful guidance and patient teaching of the teaching teachers, I earnestly studied the Regulations on Handling Medical Accidents and its laws and regulations, actively participated in the training of medical accident nursing regulations organized by the hospital, and participated in the study of nursing staff many times. Through study, I realized that the legal system is becoming more and more perfect, and the people's legal concept is constantly enhanced. It has become a common understanding to act according to law and safeguard legitimate rights and interests. The concept of modern nursing quality is to satisfy patients in an all-round way and in the whole process, which is the demand for higher and newer medical care services, thus enriching legal knowledge, enhancing safety protection awareness, enabling nurses to know the law and usage according to law and reducing the occurrence of medical accidents. Both the theoretical level and the practical level have been improved to some extent.

During the internship, I will strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, earnestly perform the duties of the intern nurse, make a good nurse work plan, be strict with myself, respect teachers, unite classmates, care for patients, never be late, never leave early, work hard, strive to standardize nursing work, improve skills and services, make basic nursing flexible, make love activities regular, and combine theory with practice. During my internship, I always take "love, care and patience" as the foundation, and strive to achieve "eye diligence, hand diligence, foot diligence and mouth diligence", thinking about patients' thoughts and urgency, and providing quality services to patients wholeheartedly, thus establishing a good medical ethics.

In the practice work of each department, we can write all kinds of nursing documents in a standardized way, complete the handover records in time, do a good job in patient admission evaluation nursing and health education, do a good job in nursing common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases in each department, conscientiously implement aseptic operation procedures, do a good job in preoperative preparation and guidance, and complete intraoperative and postoperative nursing.

And the problems found in the work can be carefully analyzed and solved to the doctor in time. Proficient in internal and external surgery, maternal and child care, intensive care and other nursing operations, and strictly implement three checks and seven pairs. At the same time, actively participate in various case discussions and academic lectures, and constantly enrich their professional knowledge. Through learning, I have a more comprehensive understanding of holistic nursing technology and ward management knowledge, become an excellent nurse, learn from the summary and grow from it.

The above is my personal practice. In the future work, I will continue to work hard, keep in mind the responsibilities of nurses, constantly strengthen ideological study and professional study, comprehensively improve my comprehensive level and provide quality services for patients.

Practice summary of nurses in three departments is over. I used to be confused and ignorant, but now I am full of food. Therefore, we are very grateful to the First Affiliated Hospital for providing us with such a good internship environment and various superior conditions, and we are also very grateful to all the tutors for their hard teaching, so that we have such a good internship opportunity before we set foot on our posts.

Clinical practice is the consolidation and strengthening of theoretical learning stage, as well as the cultivation and exercise of nursing skill operation, and it is also the best training before our employment. Although this period of time is short, it is very important to each of us. We cherish this time, cherish the opportunity of daily exercise and self-improvement, and cherish this rare mentoring relationship with our mentor.

When I first entered the ward, I always felt at a loss I am in a strange state about nursing work, and I still don't have a formed concept about what I can do in such a new environment. Fortunately, we have a tutor to introduce the ward structure, the work of each class and the rich experience of the tutor, so that we can quickly adapt to the nursing work of various departments in the hospital. Being able to adapt to the hospital environment as soon as possible has laid a good foundation for internship and work in the hospital, which should be regarded as the first harvest in the internship stage: learning to adapt and learn to grow and survive in the new environment.

A nurse's job is very heavy and messy. Although I felt something before I entered the consulting room, I felt it more deeply after I really entered the ward. Indeed, the work of nurses is very fragmentary and messy, which can be said to be humble, but through the incomprehension of most people, we find that nurses have their unique charm. Hospitals cannot live without nurses, which shows the importance of nurses. Doctors can't do without nurses, patients can't do without nurses, and the whole environment can't do without nurses.

When I go to the ward for internship, I have the most contact with patients, and I have a deep understanding of diseases and a thorough grasp of basic nursing operations. The biggest and ultimate goal of practice is to cultivate good operating skills and improve the ability of nursing work. Therefore, under the teaching principle of "let go, don't look around, don't worry about looking around", actively strive for every exercise opportunity, such as basic nursing operations such as catheterization, inserting stomach tubes, washing hair in bed, bathing in bed, oral care, automatic gastric lavage, intravenous infusion and various enema methods. At the same time, we constantly enrich our clinical theoretical knowledge, actively think about various problems, humbly ask the tutor or other tutors for questions that we don't understand, and take knowledge notes. When the tutor has no time to answer, we will find books to read after work, or consult with more people to better strengthen the combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. Most of the internship departments in the First Affiliated Hospital are whole wards, and most of us are nurses in charge. While following the tutor in charge of the patient, we should strengthen the observation of the patient's condition, enhance the understanding of the patient's disease, educate the patient with various health knowledge, and exercise the ability to apply what they have learned. According to the requirements of schools and hospitals, I actively completed medical record writing, teaching rounds and lectures, and cultivated my writing, organization and expression skills. Generally speaking, the third harvest during the internship is also the biggest harvest: the nursing operation skills have been improved, the level of disease awareness has risen, and various nursing work has gradually become proficient. While cultivating excellent professional skills, they also cultivate good study habits. By thinking, we can draw inferences from others.

During this short internship, we gained a lot. If summed up in simple words, it will look pale and powerless, at least it can't be expressed accurately and clearly, but we have benefited a lot. In short, while thanking the First Affiliated Hospital for cultivating our dribs and drabs, we will take up our respective jobs with a more proactive working attitude, more solid operational skills and deeper theoretical knowledge, improve our clinical nursing ability and do our best for the nursing cause!

The summary time of nurses' internship in 4 departments passed quickly, and the internal medicine internship was almost over. Under the careful guidance of my tutor, I have benefited a lot through constant practice. Looking back on these days, whether it is bitter or happy, whether it is sour or sweet, I believe everyone has their own taste in their hearts, and they are about to leave school, but they have a lot to give up. For our internship, the instructor in Corey attaches great importance to it, and the weekly internship arrangement is also orderly, so let us learn and grow step by step.

Neurology is my first stop in the internal medicine ward. When we first entered the ward, we always felt at a loss, but the tutor quickly familiarized us with the environment and let us invest in the ward internship as quickly as possible. Although neurology is a very busy department, every time we do nursing operations, the tutor will accompany us and be happy for our success. If we fail, we will encourage us. The tutor communicated with us seriously and responsibly like a friend, so that we spent this time in a warm environment. At the same time, the tutor will often arrange small lectures for us with cases, so that we can remember what we have learned clearly.

Cardiology is my second stop in the internal medicine ward. Common diseases are hypertension, arrhythmia, coronary heart disease and heart failure. Under the guidance of the tutor, I have basically mastered the nursing and basic operation of some common diseases. Attend lectures arranged by the hospital and department teaching rounds on time; Welcome new patients with a smile and do a good job in admission evaluation; Closely monitor vital signs and standardize records; Collect blood and urine samples correctly; Actively cooperate with doctors for treatment; Strictly implement three checks and seven pairs; Seriously carry out intravenous infusion. ...

After nearly two months' practice in cardiology, I have gained a new understanding and improvement in the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases in internal medicine, and learned the knowledge and skills to deal with sudden diseases. In a word, I benefited a lot from my internship in internal medicine. Although I am only a student with limited ability, I will continue to explore, warm patients' hearts with smiles and enrich my knowledge and skills with efforts. Review the old and learn the new, and consolidate what you have learned with practice.

During my internship, I will strictly abide by the rules and regulations of hospitals and departments, earnestly perform my duties as a nurse, be strict with myself, respect teachers, unite my classmates, work hard and care for patients. Don't be late, don't leave early, and strive to achieve standardized nursing work, high-quality skill service, flexible basic nursing, regular love activities, combination of theory and practice, planned and focused theoretical study, and measured and recorded nursing work.

Summary of nurses' practice in departments. Just four weeks of internship in the operating room is coming to an end. Looking back on my internship during this period, I was deeply touched.

The operating room is the first department where I came to our hospital for internship. In this department, two tutors took me. They were patient and taught me a lot.

During my internship in the operating room, with the help and guidance of my tutor, I mastered the rules and regulations of the operating room, strictly adhered to the aseptic operation principles required by the operating room, and memorized the commonly used operating procedures and standards. Through my own personal practice, I have learned a lot of practical surgical cooperation experience that is not available in textbooks.

From the preoperative visit to the patient, to the examination and psychological care of the patient on the day of the operation, to the operation preparation, delivery and cooperation of instruments, and the inventory work before the end of the operation, even the accompanying observation of anesthesia patients before awakening, as well as the cleaning and maintenance of surgical instruments, every link can not be ignored. For me, every part is a test and a rare and precious experience.

Through the internship in the operating room during this period, I am especially grateful to the tutors and predecessors for their careful guidance. I will keep in mind their excellent work style and cautious and rigorous work attitude. I will constantly push myself, constantly remind myself, strive to improve my own shortcomings, maintain my own advantages, and strive for greater progress in my future work.

How time flies! In a blink of an eye, I have been working in XXX for over a week. Under the correct leadership of the head nurse and director, with the close cooperation and support of my colleagues, I adhere to the service concept of "patient-centered", do a good job in nursing, conscientiously complete my own work tasks, strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, strictly abide by the duties and obligations of nurses, and serve the people wholeheartedly. As a new oral nurse,

In the past six months, although I am just a little ordinary nurse, I treat every patient I can come into contact with with with my heart in my ordinary job! In my dictionary, there will never be a distinction between rich and poor. I treat everyone who comes to us with my heart, put my enthusiasm and energy into it, really think what they think and worry about what they are anxious about. Every gentle word, every kind greeting, every careful treatment and every smile filled my heart. Although the nursing work is trivial and ordinary, sometimes I am really proud of myself and enjoy the glorious title of "angels in white".

People are always maturing and growing. If I was so impetuous and shaky yesterday, I am more mature and steady today, with a new interpretation of nursing work, a clearer understanding of my responsibilities and burdens, and a better and more focused service for every patient. In the past six months, oral nurses have thanked every colleague I have worked with and every teacher who has taught me. Thank you for your kindness, for meeting and knowing each other like this, for your kindness and beauty, and for letting me live in such a warm family! I hope that next year, we can fight side by side, * * * usher in a better life and * * * create a more brilliant future!

Summary of Internship in Nursing Department 7 During this one-month internship, I have abided by the laws and regulations of hospitals and hospital departments, respected teachers, united my classmates, and been strict with myself, striving not to be late, not to leave early, absent from work without reason and leaving my post without authorization. Treat patients kindly, have a good attitude, and strive to apply the theoretical knowledge and basic skills learned to practice. In this process, I constantly sum up my learning methods and clinical experience, and strive to improve my independent thinking, independent problem solving and independence.

Ability to work, and constantly cultivate their lofty ideas and good professional ethics of serving the people wholeheartedly.

Under the careful guidance and patient teaching of the teaching teacher, I strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, earnestly perform the duties of internship nurses, care for patients, strive to standardize nursing work, combine theory with practice, and have measures and records for nursing work. During my internship, I have always been based on love, carefulness and patience, striving to be diligent in eyes, hands, feet and mouth, thinking of patients' thoughts and being anxious about their urgent needs. During this short internship, we gained a lot.

Generally speaking, during my internship in internal medicine, I basically mastered the nursing and some basic operations of some common diseases in cardiology, and gradually changed from an intern to a nurse, thus realizing the particularity and necessity of clinical work. What I learned in school before was all theoretical, but now I find that what I saw in my actual work is not as simple as I thought, nor as typical as what I wrote in the book. At work, I often rely on my usual experience. Only by practicing and having good experience can I gradually accumulate experience.

Summary of practice in nurse department 8 In the third month of my arrival at the hospital, the most obvious clinical sign was edema, and most patients had different degrees of hypertension. One of the patients impressed me most. When I was on the night shift, he was in the ward. Because of his high blood pressure, sodium nitroprusside is essential for his infusion.

The first diastolic blood pressure was 126 under the action of sodium nitroprusside that night. After stopping the drug according to the doctor's advice, the patient's diastolic blood pressure soared to 200. We gave sodium nitroprusside 20 drops per minute, and his diastolic pressure was 90. We reduced the number of drops by half again, and always brought his blood pressure back to normal. This made me know the role of sodium nitroprusside and the importance of proper dosage. Using infusion pump to check kidney diseases is the most common 24-hour proteinuria check. I know the way to take samples. From 7: 00 in the morning, all urine after that is left in a fixed specimen bucket until 7: 00 the next day. After the first urine leave, the preservative toluene is poured into the bucket. I also know a little about hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis in a certain department. Moreover, I also have a general understanding of insulin, its biggest function is to lower blood sugar, and the application of islet count is also known, so I should keep it for seven seconds after playing. The teachers I met at school were all very good, and they really reached the state of letting go. Now I have confidence in my intravenous infusion technology.

And every step is well connected. The next department hopes to strengthen blood drawing skills. I know that hormones and anti-inflammatory drugs should be given to patients before other drugs. In bed, patients often need to inject diuretics, not because they have no urine, but because there is a problem with the function of the kidney. We excrete toxins from our bodies through diuresis. I really like my job more and more.

I will try my best.

Summary of internship in nursing department Chapter 9 My name is XX. I entered school in 2008. Due to the need of work, I will be arranged for an internship to improve my working ability. I work carefully and have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. I am diligent and unremitting. I am extremely enthusiastic about my work, cheerful and willing to communicate with others. I have good and skilled communication skills, strong team spirit and cooperation ability, and a strong sense of responsibility. In the work delivered by the school, I can really cooperate with my colleagues, get along well with my classmates, complete many classes with my classmates, actively learn new knowledge and skills, and attach importance to them.

I have loved the profession of nurse since I was a child, and now I have the opportunity to realize my dream. My name is Xin, and I will be familiar with the work of the hospital in a short time, and I will do a good job in the relationship between my colleagues. I will work hard in the hospital and be recognized by hospital leaders and colleagues. I hope I can enter XXXX County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine to complete my internship. XXXX County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has a relaxed and harmonious working atmosphere and a united and progressive social civilization. Can let me quickly enter the working state, complete my internship well, and better cultivate my practical ability, just like a new car that is running in. A good driver will shorten the running-in period, protect the new car well and let himself play a better role. XXXX Chinese Medicine Hospital is like an excellent driver. I just need a new car, which needs a running-in period.

Under the leadership of XXXX County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I will be more strict with myself. While doing a good job, actively unite colleagues, do a good job in everyone's relationship, constantly ask questions at work, and constantly improve yourself, which will make the internship faster and better. I believe I will work hard and become one of the best, and live up to the training of leaders and the expectations of the school.

10 The one-month internship as a nurse has ended. I still remember when I first arrived at the hospital, I felt that everything was so strange and at a loss.

After reporting to the hospital on the first day, the teacher took me to the first internship department: infectious diseases department (actually infectious diseases department), which was full of patients with hepatitis B, hepatitis C, mumps, liver cirrhosis, lung infection, tuberculosis, pleurisy, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and so on. I feel there are still many feelings there, after all, it is the first one!

During my internship, I learned that there are many patients with tuberculosis, epidemic hemorrhagic fever and severe hepatitis in this department. Therefore, in order to protect yourself and others, you should wear a mask in the infection department to prevent cross infection.

This month's internship, I almost didn't arrive late and leave early. I have a good attitude towards patients, and I have met patients who are more melodramatic, but I turned a blind eye and said nothing! But I learned some basic nursing operations there, such as oxygen inhalation, atomization, blood pressure measurement, intravenous infusion, intravenous injection, intramuscular injection, intradermal injection, blood sample collection, preparation of skin test solution, order of changing water, main functions of some drugs, dropping speed of special drugs and so on. But the most important thing is to communicate with patients more and let them rest assured of you. In fact, the work of a nurse is a little tired, but it is also full of happiness. Although I felt a little before I entered the clinic, I really felt deeper when I entered the ward. Indeed, the work of nurses is very fragmentary and messy, which can be said to be humble, but through the incomprehension of most people, the unique charm of nurses and doctors can be better reflected! We also saw the greatness of angels in white.

Summary of the practice of nurses in departments 1 1 really soon. In a blink of an eye, my internship in the experience center is coming to an end. I remember I was very happy when I was named as an intern in the Experience Center. I thought two weeks would be easy, but when I really got there, I felt that everything was too easy for me, and everything didn't seem as easy as I thought. Summary of nurse internship in physical examination center [think tank]

The physical examination center, in my impression, is a leisurely department with nothing to say. On the first day of reporting to this department, I reconfirmed my thoughts. There is really nothing serious in the physical examination center. Because most of the doctors here are anti-employed doctors, all of them are of a certain age, and there are not many people on the first day of physical examination, so I was arranged to record the examination results for an old woman who was doing B-ultrasound on the second floor. Although the days after that were not what I always thought, I thought it was quite delicious after I was busy. I greet patients every day and record the results, which not only greatly changes my introverted personality, but also makes me cheerful. It also exercised my listening. At first, I was depressed: why are you so annoying? I speak so fast that I won't repeat it. It's quite impatient and annoying to ask, but I gradually realized that it's not what I thought. I also learned a lot of medical knowledge from grandma!

In the physical examination center, it is a tedious thing to help sort out the patient's physical examination report every afternoon. Being a nurse is really a test for me. Patience is a necessary quality for nurses, which just exercises my endurance. I really appreciate it here.

Seeing that the internship here is coming to an end, although it is only two weeks, it is also a little reluctant. I think I will really do better in the next two months with my endurance and other things I have developed in the physical examination center!

13 summary time of nurses' internship in the department passed quickly, and in a blink of an eye, I was going to end my first month's internship in gastroenterology. Looking back on these days, I believe everyone has their own taste. I worked as an intern in the Department of Gastroenterology for nearly a month and benefited a lot. I am leaving this department soon, but I have a lot to give up. Teachers in the department attach great importance to our internship, and the weekly internship arrangement is also very orderly, so that we can learn and grow step by step. Express my heartfelt thanks to all the teachers. I especially remember the first day I came to the department, standing in the nurse's station with trepidation, listening to the teacher's introduction to the digestive department, where to put what medicine and equipment, and so on. The teacher explained it to me carefully, and I didn't relax until I got familiar with the environment, and started the next internship with the teacher. In the process of practice, I should strictly abide by the rules and regulations of hospitals and departments, earnestly fulfill the instructions of nurses, be strict with myself, respect teachers, unite classmates, work hard, wholeheartedly think of patients, be considerate of family members, correctly handle the relationship between nurses and patients, and do a good job of understanding and comfort.

Under the guidance of the teacher, I have basically mastered some common symptoms and nursing of gastroenterology and some basic operations, especially some correct operating steps and precautions of oral care. At the same time, continue to study and sum up experience seriously, be good at observing the patient's condition, grasp the changes of the condition in time, and make accurate judgments. In short, in this internship, I learned a lot, including learning nursing knowledge and skills, and learning how to be a person. Although I am only a student, maybe my ability is limited, but I will use my efforts to enrich my knowledge and skills, and strive to become a qualified student nurse.

14 summary of nurses' internship in the department of infectious diseases has ended for one month. I still remember when I first arrived at the hospital, I felt that everything was so strange and there was a sense of loss. On the 5th and 7th, after reporting to the hospital, the teacher took me to my first internship department: Infectious Diseases Department, which was full of patients with hepatitis B, hepatitis C, mumps, liver cirrhosis, pulmonary infection, tuberculosis, pleurisy, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and so on. I feel there are still many feelings there, after all, it is the first one! Qq album name

Summary of practice in nursing department 15 What I learned in school before was mainly theoretical. Although I remember the knowledge clearly, my practical skills are really poor. After coming, I found that there are so many things to learn and so few things to know!

The first clinical department I went to was the outpatient infusion room. The main work of this department is intravenous infusion, and I can practice infusion technology well. Although I was nervous for the first time, it was a success. After the puncture, my teaching teacher pointed out to me that I hated improper things and violated aseptic operation. I thought I could "hit the nail on the head" before, but now I understand that many details are also important, especially aseptic operation must be strictly observed. If the needle or infusion set is contaminated, it will affect the health and even life of patients.

The first puncture failed for an aunt. I felt sorry at that time, but my aunt was very nice. Instead of blaming me, she kept comforting me. "Take your time, don't worry, everyone has a process." It's okay. I don't hurt. "Although the teacher didn't criticize me, I still regret it, so after I came back, I carefully analyzed the reasons for the failure and tried to prevent the patient from suffering again. Because I always feel that teachers have said that we should learn to sum up lessons from failures, so as to improve.

The workload of outpatient infusion room is very heavy, and I feel very tired when I first enter the department. I feel backache every day. I still feel very tired after getting used to it for a while. Although I am very tired, I feel full and can learn a lot every day. My fatigue is timely knowledge and gain. I will be entrusted with a heavy responsibility to go to Sri Lanka, so I will work hard, hungry and empty ... so I believe I will succeed and become an excellent and qualified nurse!
