(1) Breeding of disease-resistant varieties. Choose disease-free bee colony as population, cultivate disease-resistant queen bee, replace the queen bee of sick bee colony, and enhance the resistance to bee pupa disease.
(2) Strengthen feeding management. Keep the proportion of bees and spleen in the bee colony or there are more bees than spleen; Strengthen the heat preservation in the honeycomb. Keep enough honey powder feed in the bee colony. When honey sources are scarce, honey and sugar should be supplemented to bees in time, and vitamins and salt should be supplemented appropriately. Be sure to clean up the dead pupae outside the hive and burn them centrally. At the same time, be careful not to transfer the nest spleen of the sick group to the healthy bee colony.
(3) Strict disinfection. Every year in late autumn and early winter, the replaced nest spleen and beehive should be soaked, scrubbed and disinfected with efficient nest spleen disinfectant. Every 100 tablet, add 2000 ml of water to soak the nest spleen for 20 minutes, shake out the liquid medicine with a honey shaker, and change the water twice, each time soaking for 10 minute. Shake out the clear water and dry it for later use.
(4) Drug control. Pupa Taikang can be cured by adding 500 ml of water to each package, spraying spleen with 10 ~ 20 ml or feeding 250 ml to each group twice a week for 3 weeks.
