Encourage medical and health institutions and medical and health service enterprises to sort out medical and health stock data according to national and local standards, and gather and store them on municipal platforms. Twelfth health departments, medical and health institutions and medical and health service enterprises shall, in accordance with the principle of "who is in charge, who is responsible for providing and who is responsible for operating", update medical and health data and implement dynamic management.
