What is the difference between low-salt, salt-free and low-sodium diets?

Low-salt, salt-free and low-sodium diets are collectively referred to as sodium-restricted diets, which are divided into:

(1) Low-salt diet: the sodium limit is below 2000 mg/d, the daily cooking salt for adults is not more than 2 ~ 3g (soy sauce 10 ~ 15mk), the children over 6 years old are not more than 1g, and 0 ~ 6 years old are not more than 0.5g and/kloc.

(2) Salt-free diet: sodium supply is about 65,438+000 mg throughout the day, and no salt or soy sauce is added during cooking, except for foods prohibited by low salt.

(3) Low sodium diet: the daily sodium supply should be controlled within 500mg. In addition to the requirements of salt-free diet, we should also limit the consumption of steamed bread made of alkali, cakes and biscuits made of baking powder, and vegetables containing 100mg% sodium, such as water spinach and celery.
