Kindergarten middle class is a connecting link in children's three-year preschool education, and it is also an important period for children's physical and mental development. First, the teaching characteristics of middle school students:

There are 43 children in our class this year, including 26 boys, 4 freshmen and 4 girls 17. After a year of collective life, most children have made great progress in all aspects, such as improving their self-care ability, being able to put on their own clothes, shoes and socks and eating independently. I like going to kindergarten and want to live a collective life. With the active cooperation of their parents, many children have made remarkable progress in behavior habits, storytelling, bold performance, mathematics, painting and action development. Now, most children in my class prefer to go to kindergarten, like teachers and children, and have a stable and happy mood in the garden; With the growth of age, their thirst for knowledge is more vigorous, and their interest in running their own business and exploring the mysteries of the world around them is also growing. However, it is also found that some children are inattentive in class, easily distracted and do not like to use their brains. Especially in class, when a question goes on, few children raise their hands. There are still some children who do not form the habit of mutual humility, which is often reflected in the conflict in the game and compete for strong toys. There are also some children who have poor hands-on production ability, don't like to do it, and are too lazy to do it. This is often reflected in asking other children to do it for them during manual activities, or they often only paint and are unwilling to paint. Children's conventional consciousness needs to be further strengthened, such as going up and down stairs to the right, eating a snack quietly, listening quietly when others are talking, and so on. Children's awareness of these rules is still relatively weak. This semester, we will focus on cultivating children's good life and study habits, and gradually improve their awareness of life and rest, especially the habit of listening quietly, which needs to be further strengthened and cultivated.

(1) Take care of yourself.

2. Shortcomings and corresponding strategies.

When I first arrived, the children couldn't even tie their pants themselves. Later, under the teacher's reminder, they were able to tie their own pants. Later, after most children get up, defecate and play games, they can tie their pants in time as soon as their stomachs are exposed. It's just estimated that half of the children can't do it now, especially when it's cold in the future. Over the past year, every child has made more or less progress in language, but the books in our class are often taken away by children because of the wrong way of reading. We launched the activity of "I watched the teacher repair the book" to let the children know that it is very troublesome to repair the book when it is broken. On this basis, we began to intentionally guide children to read, that is, to help children overcome the habit of turning pages at will. The first step is to teach children to know the front cover and back cover. Learn to turn from the front (cover) to the back. You can point to the picture and say the same thing when you look at it. After reading it, close the book and "send it home" with the cover facing up. This semester, we will arrange a quiet activity in the classroom, which is reading. So encourage children to bring books from home and share them with their partners. We organize reading and telling stories. At present, some children in the class are very enthusiastic about reading and telling stories, while others are illiterate and uninterested. Parental arrangements deprive children of the opportunity to learn to solve problems and exercise their will. Therefore, in the park, we encourage children to introduce their names to others loudly, and teachers' teaching is often organized in an "open" way, deliberately creating a space for children to communicate freely. The contest of "Telling Stories and Reading Nursery Rhymes" was held this semester to train each child's courage and performance ability in front of others.
(5) Now they are all only children. Children don't have to worry about what they should do to help their parents, but what they should do. So many children only know what they deserve, but they don't know that they are responsible. Children have not yet formed a good sense of responsibility. When doing things, it often seems anticlimactic, and some children often find things by themselves.
After entering the middle class, we formulated the system of students on duty to cultivate children's sense of responsibility and abilities in all aspects.
Methods: The rotation system was adopted. First, focus on cultivating a few capable students on duty, and then these students will bring out some students on duty, so that everyone can be on duty slowly, and finally implement a rotation system so that every child can get exercise.
The duty of the students on duty is mainly to manage the class routine: collect toys, wash hands, queue up for drinking water, provide various services before and after meals, prepare before class, get up and make the bed, remind children to leave their seats, put away small chairs, and help with education with teachers if any children have shortcomings.

Hometown contact handbook: every child has a hometown contact handbook, which is distributed once a week. Parents can participate in activities with their children according to the contents of the contact book, record their children's activities at home for evaluation, and also record their performances at home and their requirements for us.
